Illuminating New Hospice Unit with Lumettaās Palindrome Lighting
Saint Francis Hospital and Delaware Hospice, Inc. recently expanded their partnership to include an inpatient hospice unit at Saint Francis in Wilmington, DEL. The expanded partnership and new hospice unit serve as the first piece of the recently announced Healthy VillageĀ® at Saint Francis Hospital, a unique model of care that addresses the social influencers of health to form a single system of care and provides end-of-life care to their patients, and others who are eligible.
The interior decorating included installation of four of Lumettaās 30″ x 6ā Palindrome Pendants in our DL25A Celest Tan washable and antimicrobial LumenateĀ® diffuser. With its white acrylic top lens and etched white acrylic bottom lens, not only are the four elegant luminaires complementary to their intended surroundings, but the symmetry and similarity of the pendants allow for them to be displayed in a multitude of ways.

Drum Pendant with Striped LumenateĀ®
When luxury living community Escape Apartment Homes, in Phoenix, AZ updated their facilities, they hired Lawrence Lake Interiors, a boutique firm specializing in demographic design for multi-family projects, to design the sustainable living space which combines innovation, natural beauty, and resort-style amenities for high-quality, apartment-style living.
LLI wanted to modify and design an interesting eclectic look to the facilities high-tech fitness center which was designed to inspire the tenants to lead an active and healthy lifestyle, have fun, and connect with their community.
For a light and lively colorful feel, LLI chose LumettaĀ® Custom Drum Pendants in a multi-colored vertical stripe, custom diffuser and powder coat chrome finish. The vertical stripes create a pleasant optical illusion as well as a virtual reality in height–visually raising the ceiling and making it appear higher than it truly is. The high contrast color schemes create impact and produce a striking and powerful look in keeping with the strong vibes of the fitness center.
LumettaĀ® Custom Drum Pendants are a customer favorite because they can be fabricated as pendants or surface mounts, and are available in a range of diameters, heights, and lamping options. Fitted with any of our proprietary LumenateĀ® shade colors and designs, they are also antimicrobial.

34″ Drum Surface Mount Featuring Our Tamper Resistant Lens
Pediatric Mental Health Institute Embraces Lumettaās Custom 34″ Drum Surface Mount Luminaire Featuring Our Tamper Resistant Lens
Lumettaās Custom 34″ Drum Surface Mount LED Luminaire was inspired by, came to fruition, and ultimately made a stunning addition to the Pediatric Mental Health Institute at Childrenās Hospital Colorado, located in Aurora, Colorado. PMHI chose this subtle but colorful luminaire that gave a promise of hope for the future.
As an added bonus, our decorative finial made for an elegant addition to complete the fixture and established tamper resistance for the polycarbonate lens. The application of decorative lights with an atypical appearance in a behavioral health setting is something that is highly sought after but uncommon in the industry.
The elegant custom drum light fixture is surrounded by a wide, handcrafted F2 powder coated aluminum framework and an antimicrobial and washable D44 Periwinkle LumenateĀ® combination band. The removable polycarbonate bottom lens emits a soft, warm, ambient glow and casts even light distribution for any height ceiling while meeting fashion and functional requirements.
With its unrivaled contemporary style and two-toned coloration of diffuser and framework, our lighting solution illuminates in a perfectly understated style and can be employed in a variety of interior designs. These low-profile ceiling fixtures are designed to enhance and complement any decor with their up-to-the-minute appearance.
