A: Standard Product Lead time is six (6) weeks. Custom Product Lead time is eight (8) weeks. All Lead times start from the receipt of confirmation or payment.
Q: What is the lead time for your Quick Ship items?
A: Quick Ship Lead time is ten (10) business days. All Lead times start from the receipt of confirmation and payment.
Q: Can you provide 2700K, 3500K, 4000K?
A: Alternate color temperatures are available. Please contact customer service for component specifications including additional color temperatures.

A: Custom finishes can be made available, requiring sample approval, additional lead time and a custom quote.

Q: Can you expedite my order?
A: Accommodation of expedited requests is determined at the time of the request and will depend on the current production schedule.
Q: Can I use TransLumenate® as a diffuser on any of your items?
A: Yes. TransLumenate® is our transparent diffuser material designed for, but not exclusive to, the outer layer of our Shadow Luminaires.
Q: Are Lumenate® and TransLumenate® really anti-microbial?
A: Lumenate® and TransLumenate® have been tested against ASTM E2180 standards and have performed at the highest antimicrobial level.
Q: Are your fixtures UL Listed?
A: All Lumetta light fixtures are UL listed. Lumetta works with Underwriters Laboratories on a continuing basis to adapt design and manufacture fixtures in conformity with national electric installation codes and U. L. standards.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Lumetta accepts payments by wire transfer and manual check. We also accept credit card payments processed through PayPal. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account for this method of payment.
