Pediatric Mental Health Institute Embraces Lumetta’s Custom 34″ Drum Surface Mount Luminaire Featuring Our Tamper Resistant Lens

Lumetta’s Custom 34″ Drum Surface Mount LED Luminaire was inspired by, came to fruition, and ultimately made a stunning addition to the Pediatric Mental Health Institute at Children’s Hospital Colorado, located in Aurora, Colorado. PMHI chose this subtle but colorful luminaire that gave a promise of hope for the future.

As an added bonus, our decorative finial made for an elegant addition to complete the fixture and established tamper resistance for the polycarbonate lens. The application of decorative lights with an atypical appearance in a behavioral health setting is something that is highly sought after but uncommon in the industry.

The elegant custom drum light fixture is surrounded by a wide, handcrafted F2 powder coated aluminum framework and an antimicrobial and washable D44 Periwinkle Lumenate® combination band. The removable polycarbonate bottom lens emits a soft, warm, ambient glow and casts even light distribution for any height ceiling while meeting fashion and functional requirements.

With its unrivaled contemporary style and two-toned coloration of diffuser and framework, our lighting solution illuminates in a perfectly understated style and can be employed in a variety of interior designs. These low-profile ceiling fixtures are designed to enhance and complement any decor with their up-to-the-minute appearance.
